Welcome to

Gray Station Better Hometown.

Growing Gray Gracefully

The Gray Station Better Hometown process began in 2001 with Mayor Jason Briley appointing a task force to begin the process.
  • Decious Aaron, City Cuperintendent
  • Tammy Brittain, Executive Director, Keep Jones Beautiful
  • Sandra McKinney, Executive Director,  Gray/Jones Co. Chamber of Commerce
  • Claudia Pitrowski, Assistant City Clerk
  • David Tufts, City Councilman
After hiring a Manager, and with persisitent work, Gray was officially designated as one of
Georgia's Better Hometowns in 2006.  We have been listed as an accredited National Main Street
and Georgia Better Hometown through 2010.  We are continuously revitalizing our "hometown" of Gray, Ga.
